In the first quarter of the Y2011 Prime Concrete LLC plans opening of the aggregates crushing plant in the Natanebi river basin of Meria village.
New factory
On 25th of May 2011 Prime Concrete LLC opened a brand new aggregates production plant in the West Georgia, River Natanebi basin, Ozurgeti Dsitrict.
Planned production capacity – 100 m3/h
Plant is comprised by the three separate machines:
- Impact crusher
- Rinsing screen
- Dewatering
All equipment is supplied by one of the leading manufacturers of the aggregates production machinery – “Powerscreen”.
Prime Concrete LLC introduced integrated software (ERP – 1C) for day-to-day management of supply, production, sales and quality control.
Its integral part is a new weighbridge contributing to even more precise and reliable calculations.
